Exchange of Animal Husbandry and Culture Information Fapet UB Holds Joint International Extra-Curricular 

One of the activities of the Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) at the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) is a joint international extracurricular program. Namely a program that focuses on international student activities, to provide discussion experiences with fellow animal husbandry students abroad. 

The program initiated by Dr. Marjuki as the head of the program and Prof. VM Ani Nurgiartiningsih (head of International Relations Office of Fapet UB) not only discusses animal husbandry material but also exchanges information about the culture of each country. 

The implementation of this activity will be carried out in December 2021 for four weeks, with collaboration three universities from abroad. Such as the Faculty of Agricultural Science and Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, (Thailand); Faculty of Animal Science Vietnam National University of Agriculture (Vietnam), and School of Agriculture and Aquaculture Tra Vinh University (Vietnam).

The program participants are 76 students, who will be divided into several presentation groups to discuss discussion material on Dairy Cattle Production and Practices, Beef Cattle Production and Practices, Broiler Production and Practices, and Layer Production and Practices. As well as a presentation of the culture of each country. (tim/dta)
