UB Faculty of Animal Science Team Visits Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service of Magetan Regency to Discuss KKNT

Lecturer Team of Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) visited the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Magetan Regency, Wednesday (18/5/2022). Consisting of Prof. Suyadi (Dean), Prof. Trinil Susilawati (Chairman of the Senate), Dr. Agus Susilo (Vice Dean III), Dr. Nanang Febrianto (Head of Animal Husbandry Study Program PSDKU UB Kediri), Rizki Prafitri, Ph.D. (Head of Entrepreneurship Program), and Dr. Agus Budiarto.

 The visit discussed the preparation for the implementation of thematic real work lectures (KKNT) in Magetan Regency for Fapet UB students.implementation is in the intermediate semester, which is around June – July 2022. 

“So this KKNT is held to increase students’ insight and ability to interact with the community. In addition, students can identify and develop the potential of the destination village. And find the problems and solutions that exist there (the village where the KKNT is located),” said Suyadi.

KKNT is part of the Higher Education Community Service Program which can be appreciated with credit recognition (SKS) and certificates of community service. One of the areas that will be the location of KKNT for Fapet UB students is in Magetan Regency. (dta)
