Sausage is one of the restructuring meat products, which is processed from a mixture of fine meat and flour or starch with the addition of spices. Then put in a sausage casing. The raw materials used consist of the main ingredients in the form of beef, goat, and chicken. As well as additional materials, including fillers, binders, spices, flavorings, and other permitted additives.
