Success! Innovation Roadshow DIKST UB at Fapet UB with the Presence of Heru Prabowo, Head of Dairy Farm Development and Sustainability at PT Greenfields Indonesia as the Keynote Speaker

Malang, November 29, 2023 – Direktorat Inovasi dan Kawasan Sains Teknologi (DIKST) Universitas Brawijaya (UB) hosted an Innovation Roadshow at the 8th floor Auditorium of the Faculty of Animal Science (Fapet) UB, with full support from Prof. Dr. Unti Ludigdo, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation (WR 5), and Prof. Dr. Ir. M. Halim Natsir, S.Pt., MP., IPM., ASEAN Eng, the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science UB. The event served as a platform for UB students, especially those from Fapet UB, as well as several professors participating in research groups, to gain insights into the latest developments in livestock technology.

Fapet UB was entrusted with hosting the event, capturing the attention of the academic community at Fapet UB. The keynote speaker for the event was Heru Prabowo, Head of Dairy Farm Development and Sustainability at PT Greenfields Indonesia. His presence significantly added value by enriching participants’ understanding of the latest developments in the livestock industry, particularly in dairy farming.

One perspective highlighted during the event came from Prof. Dr. Ir. Hendrawan Soetanto, M.Rur.Sc, a lecturer at the Faculty of Animal Science at Brawijaya University. He emphasized the importance of mastering technology in the dairy industry, covering all stages from production to distribution, as exemplified by PT Greenfields Indonesia.

Questions and responses from the academic community at Fapet UB also played an intriguing role in the event. Both students and professors actively participated in the Q&A session, fostering an interactive atmosphere and enriching their understanding of innovative topics presented.
