Rizki Prafitri, S.Pt., M.A., Ph.D. Appointed as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs for the 2023 Interim Period

The Rector of Universitas Brawijaya (UB) through decree number 284 of 2023 appointed Rizki Prafitri, S.Pt., M.A., Ph.D., as deputy dean for academic affairs (WD 1) for the 2023 interim period at the Faculty of Animal Science (Fapet). Because the previous WD 1 namely Prof. M. Halim Natsir has been appointed as the Dean of Faculty of Animal Science for the 2023 – 2028 period.

The decree is valid until June 9, 2023, at the same time as the end of the period for the deputy deans at Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB. Rizki was inaugurated directly by the Rector, Prof. Widodo at the Samantha Krida Building, Thursday (16/2/2023). In his remarks, the Rector congratulated the new officials who had been appointed. It is hoped that the short time will not become an obstacle to keep working in their respective fields and programs.

Rizki or familiarly called Kiki is a lecturer interested in animal husbandry socio-economics. She is an alumni of Faculty of Animal Science UB for the undergraduate program, while the Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees were obtained from Murdoch University, Australia. (dta)
