Selection Pathways
1. National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP)

The SNBP pathway is an opportunity for high-achieving students to use their academic records from the first to the fifth semester. This selection prioritizes academic and non-academic achievements recorded in the School and Student Database (PDSS). Every school that enrolls its students must be registered with a valid National School Number (NPSN). Registered students must fill in their report cards in the PDSS completely and accurately to meet the selection criteria.

2. National Selection Based on Testing (SNBT)

The National Selection Based on Testing (SNBT) pathway is a selection method used by Universitas Brawijaya to assess prospective students based on academic abilities measured through the Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK). This pathway is designed to give students from various regions in Indonesia the opportunity to demonstrate their academic potential through objective and standardized tests. The SNBT pathway offers an equal opportunity for all participants to compete based on academic merit, ensuring a fair and objective selection. Prospective students are expected to prepare well to face the UTBK, which is the key to success in this selection pathway.

3. Universitas Brawijaya Independent Selection (SMUB)

SMUB is a selection pathway that allows prospective students to register based on report card grades and/or UTBK scores. This process is conducted online through a special portal of Universitas Brawijaya. Applicants must fill in personal and academic information and pay the registration fee through a designated partner bank. Necessary documents such as recent photos, legalized report cards, and Diplomas or Graduation Certificates must be uploaded online in accordance with applicable regulations.
