Still in the Expo 52^thAnniversary of Brawijaya University (UB), Faculty of Animal Husbandry has take a part by opening stands at GOR Pertamina, UB. These stands offeredseveral livestock processed products made by Faculty of Animal Husbandry, UB, such as yogurt, kefir, cheese of mozzarella, and milk pasteurization. However, there were not only offering culinary products (foods) but alsoprovide special feed formulation for livestocks.
During 3 (three) days the event goes, the culinary products from animal husbandry has sold out. The relative cheaper price as well as the great tastes make the visitors come and buy those products. In addition, the friendly service from students also be a plus mark of selling strategy. The purchase method by using a special voucher of organizer which gave the cash return back has great effect to make visitors enthusiasm to shop.
“By participating the events like this make students keep enthusiasm to improve their creativity and work creating processed products”,said one of the organizers of the Anniversary.
