Lecturers of the Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) conduct Community Service (PKM) activities for MSME groups in Malang, Saturday-Sunday (29-30/10/2022). It also involved students consisting of Salwa Noor Putri, Alifia Nurma, Zulvan Kurnia Ramadhan, and Iko Dewantara.
They carry out counseling and business implementation of the Canvas Co-Creation (triple C) for micro businesses that process dairy products. Goal encourages UMKM’s to be able to adapt to customer needs and desires. So that by familiarizing business actors to always be adaptive, flexible, and agile to business changes.
Jaisy said the activity was motivated by the leisure economy era which tends to conflict with pandemic conditions, thus making business people vulnerable to being affected. Through this PKM activity, the team provides training solutions for making canvases as a form of new strategy in dealing with business changes.
“The canvas that we provide contains nine elements from five topics, including (1) a review of changes in the business ecosystem, (2) a shared value creation network, (3) business model innovation, (4) process orientation and organizational learning, and (5) digital change.” explained Jaisy The
Triple C training showed several problems experienced by UMKMs. Like the majority of UMKM actors who are not sensitive to change, have not been able to read opportunities that are vulnerable to threats and vice versa threats that have the potential to become opportunities. The use of digital devices is due to following environmental decisions, not understanding customer needs, and lack of networking with the external environment. (dta)
