Administration and Archival Development for Educational Staff of Fapet UB

Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) held administrative and filing activities for education staff (tendik) Wednesday (23/3/2022). The event was conducted offline at the computer laboratory on the 1st floor of Gd.2 with the theme of coaching, assisting archive management, and socializing innovative and collaborative office (SCO) applications.

The activity was opened by the Vice Dean for General Affairs, Finance, and Resources, Prof.Dr.Ir. Budi Hartono, MS, IPU., ASEAN Eng. He said the purpose of this organization was to organize archives to make it easier to search when needed. In addition, it strengthens the use of the SCO application for more effective, efficient, and paperless correspondence.

The resource person for the archives is Kotok Guritno. SE (Sub-coordinator of Archives and Public Relations Subdivision) and Ady (archivist of FISIP UB). Meanwhile, the material for the SCO application was presented by Dwi Swandana, A.Md.

Dwi explained that the advantage of using SCO is that letters will be lost because they are well computerized so that their search is easier. Most of the faculties in UB and the Rectorate already use SCO in the correspondence process. (dta)
