Inauguration and Certificate of Management of LKM and UKM Fapet UB for 2022 Period

The term of management for the Student Sovereignty Institute (LKM) and Student Activity Unit (UKM) in the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) for the 2021 period has ended. The regeneration of the management for the 2022 period has been determined from the results of the online student election (pemilwa).

The election results are stated in the Dean’s Decree, which appoints and ratifies the new board members. The inauguration and handover of positions were offline in the 8th-floor auditorium, Monday (17/1/2022) by the Dean, Prof. Suyadi, with Dr. Agus Susilo as Deputy Dean III.

The LKM consists of the Student Representative Council (MPM), the Student Representative Council (DPM), and the Student Executive Board (BEM). Meanwhile, UKM accommodates students’ creativity to develop their interests and talents. For example, Fapet UB has several UKMs, such as a scientific institution called the Student Scientific Group (KIM), the entrepreneurial field of Barisan Orang Sukses (BOS), sports (FASCO), homeband (Kandang Musik), journalism (Mafaterna), development of English language skills, English Garden Prosperity ( EGP), theater (Cowboy Theatre), and nature lover (PENA).

Members of the DPM for the 2022 period include Dimas Wiryawan, Tengku M. Samudra Riho, Za’im Jundi M., Khofifah Indah Mei W., Rahmad Sholihul A., and Tsalatsa Wildan M. While MPM members consist of representatives of SMEs, namely Ganis Amalia Sri ( PENA), Nur Iman Hidayatullah (FASCO), Daffa Widyatamaka (Cage Music), Rizky Bagus Islahuddin (Cowboy Theatre), Rina Aqilla (EGP), Nailus Syarifah (KIM), Ahmad Fauzan Hanif (BOS), and Ambar Setio Wati (Mafaterna ) and all DPM members. Then the president of BEM was held by M. Zidane Fadlurrahman who was accompanied by Veronique Graceelli as secretary to replace Putra Dwi Nugroho.

The heads of UKM for the 2022 period are Hafizh Miftahuddin (FASCO), M. Daniel Fatihurrahman (BOS), Yudhistira Aryo P. (EGP), M. Abdullah Munir (Kandang Musik), A. Fahrudin Husen (KIM), Ambar Setio Wati (Mafaterna). ), Ammar Yasir Ardhi P. (PENA), and Lazuardi Tassara Sasura (Cowboy Theatre).

Prof. Suyadi, in his speech, said that the student representatives could accommodate the voices and complaints of Fapet UB students. He also advised that even though, as a legislative administrator, academics should remain a top priority. (dta)
