Guest Lecture on Sustainable Food Systems: Discussing Innovative Solutions to Global Challenges

Today, Wednesday, 1/11/2023, in order to broaden understanding and insight regarding sustainable food systems, the UB Faculty of Animal Husbandry is proud to hold a guest lecture featuring leading experts from Shinshu University Japan. including Prof. Shinichi Yonekura, Prof. Katayama Shigeru, and Fawaz Bagoudon, Ph.D. This event aims to present innovative thinking and the latest solutions related to global challenges in the food system.

This guest lecture was attended by Deputy Dean I Ir. Rizki Prafitri, S.Pt., MA., Ph.D., Teaching Staff, students, educational staff who care about global food issues. Located in the Courtroom, Floor 6 Ged. V Faculty of Animal Husbandry, this guest lecture is an interactive forum where the presenters present their views on various aspects of a sustainable food system.

This guest lecture is not only a forum for exchanging ideas, but also a concrete step towards a better understanding of the importance of a sustainable food system for global prosperity.

This activity ended with the hope that the spirit of collaboration and exploration of innovative solutions in a sustainable food system will continue to develop through joint efforts from various parties.
