Ghazy, Faculty of Animal Science Student Witnesses the Academic New Year’s Welcoming Speech by the President of Lithuania Live

Student of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) Muhammad Farhan Ghazy attends the academic new year celebration atLithuania, Northern Europe. The meeting of the students was enlivened by deans from various universities. They delivered motivational speeches, emphasized academic excellence, and the importance of collaboration between institutions. Also attended by the President of Lithuania, Gitanas Nausėda, Friday (1/9/2023).

In his remarks, the President reflected on last year’s achievements and conveyed his vision for the nation. His remarks were greeted with applause and a sense of pride among the students.

Ghazy and his friends took this opportunity to capture the moment with Lithuania’s number one leader. The president not only agreed to be photographed together but also acknowledged their presence on his official Instagram feed and featured on local news sites.

Ghazy is a student who passed the Freedom to learn program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA). He will attend lectures at Vytautas Magnus University – Lithuania for one semester. Apart from Ghazy, another Fapet UB student who passed the program is Vira Febiola, but she is at the University of Szeged – Hungary. (dta)
