Final Presentation Innovation of Animal Science Competition X 2023 

The Innovation of Animal Science Competition (IASC) X 2023 program entered the final presentation round, Saturday (1/7/2023), namely a presentation and question and answer session with the jury. IASC is a competition for national level students and students that embodies research results so as to contribute creative and innovative thinking through writing competitions.

The annual routine activity was initiated by the Student Scientific Group (KIM) of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB). The student participants who passed the final round were 20 teams from various universities in Indonesia. Like Malang Islamic University, Airlangga University, Lampung University, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Sriwijaya University, Bogor Agricultural Institute, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, and UB. While the student participants total 10 teams are from SMA N 1 Genteng, SMA N 1 Petang, Muhammadiyah SMA 3 Reinforcement, SMA N 7 Surakarta, MAN 2 Kota Kediri, SMA N 1 Dawarblandong, MAN Sidoarjo, MAN 4 Bantul, SMA N 1 Geger, SMA S Global Mandiri Cibubur.

The theme carried was “Actualization of the Role of the Young Generation through Innovation and Strategies in the Animal Husbandry Sector in Realizing SDGs 2045”. While the writing sub-themes consist of Technology and Management of Livestock Production, Livestock Socio-Economics, Animal Feed and Nutrition, Functional Food and Livestock Product Processing, Livestock Reproduction and Breeding.
