Fapet UB Agrees on International Cooperation with Wageningen University, The Netherlands

The Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) cooperates with the Department of Animal Science and the Department of Social Science, Wageningen University, The Netherlands. The agreement text was signed by Prof. Suyadi (Dean of Fapet UB) and Prof. Simon Oosting (head of Animal Production System Group), Thursday (29/9/2022) for an agreement with the Department of Animal Science. Meanwhile, the Department of Social Science was signed by Prof. Suyadi and Prof. JGAJ Van Der Forst (General Director of the Department of Social Science), Wednesday (28/9/2022).

Both agreements will last for five years. Includes student exchanges from both universities, guest lecturers, lecturer visits, research collaboration and publications, joint supervision for postgraduate students, and development of peer review journals in the form of joint editorial boards, joint reviewers, and article exchange in each journal owned by both parties. 

Prof. Suyadi said that this collaboration can improve the reputation of Fapet UB in the international arena. As well as providing insight and knowledge to students about the world of animal husbandry internationally. (dta)
