Faculty of Animal Science Collaborates with Institute of Politecnico de Betano Kay Rala Xanana Gusmao, Republic of Timor Leste

Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), Prof. M. Halim Natsir signed a cooperation agreement with Escola Superior Agronomia e Zootecnica, Institute ofPolytechnic de Betano Kay Rala Xanana Gusmao, Senin (7/10/2023).The signing event was held at the International Office (IO) UB Joint Service Building which was witnessed by the Director of IO and Deputy Chancellor for Cooperation.

The agreement includes joint research animal husbandry as well as building education and teaching capacity. The aim of the collaboration is to promote research and capacity building programs in agricultural areas in Timor Leste. As well as collaboration in animal husbandry as well as building teaching and education capacity for Fapet UB.

Prof. Halim said by increasing kInternational cooperation will support faculties and universities to build strong international relations and enhance image and reputation. (dta)
