EGP Hold the Basic Training for New Member 2016

English Garden for Prosperity Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB hold up Basic Training for new member 2016. This event was hold on Saturday and Monday, January 2^nd – 3th 2016 in room 22 building 4^th Animal Husbandry Faculty UB. This Basic Training attended by 37new members of EGP, daily committee, MPKPH and also former member of EGP. Theme of Basic Training this year was RABBIT “Raise Attitude Build Better Organization with Intelligent Thing” with purpose for all of member can achieve good attitude and intelligent that would building up a better organization. Nevertheless, this event nearly with final examination but enthusiastic from every participants keep higher for attended in every activities from this Basic Training.
This Basic Training was started with introduction of EGP by president of EGP 2015/2016 period, Fredyan Isnan Effendi. In this section, Fredyan gave materials about leadership and organization. Furthermore, the participants also get materials about personality that delivered by Coordinator of Human Resources Department of EGP, Mr. Ngalaul Huda and Motivation and Achievement by Mr. Faizal Andri, S.Pt as a leader of English Class Animal Husbandry UB 2011. Participants very enthusiastic to accepted the opened material that showed with awesome delivered, so that one of participant Celline Rinanty expressed her delightful opinion for this event, she said that this event was very funnies and not boring at all. In second days Basic Training, the participants must be followed the outbond activities, English training and ceremonial licensed for every participants as the new members of EGP 2016.
The main purposes to hold this event as regeneration of new member and continuity EGP as an active organization, so that in the next time EGP have a generation that can active to attract in this organization. As a symbolism the participants declared their swear organization and attached of pin by president of EGP. In his speech, he encouraged to new members as the new spirit and new power that could make EGP achieved more achievements and keep exist to bring the good image of EGP in every competitions, especially English competition. Hopefully, beside can increased the quality on English with commitment in organization, every members can get a softskill that can give beneficial in the future. . Drop the idea becoming someone, because you are already a masterpiece. You have only to come it, to know it and to realize it~osho. (hw)
