Room Training XIII: Barisan Orang Sukses (BOS) Fapet UB Successfully Conducted Online

Malang, December 8, 2023 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) Barisan Orang Sukses (BOS) of the Faculty of Animal Science at Brawijaya University (Fapet UB) organized  Room Training XIII online via Zoom Meeting on Friday, December 8, 2023. The event was attended by 56 active students from the 2022 and 2023 cohorts of Fapet UB.

Diklat Room XIII aimed to introduce the history of the BOS UKM in organizing, create new members with an entrepreneurial spirit, provide insights into the formation of leadership qualities for potential new members, and introduce the value of loyalty within an organization.

The event featured in-depth and inspirational materials presented by competent speakers, namely Muhammad Bagas Setiawan, Muhammad Daniel Fatihurrahman, and Bara Ismiaji. These speakers provided a good understanding of the implementation of historical values, camaraderie, leadership, and loyalty in the organizational context.

Muhammad Bagas Setiawan, one of the speakers, stated, “Activities like this are crucial to equip students with knowledge and motivation related to organizational values. Through a good understanding, it is hoped that students can apply these values in their daily lives and contribute positively to the organization.”

In addition to imparting knowledge, the event also aimed to motivate students to enhance and develop both soft and hard skills in the field of entrepreneurship. Thus, students are expected to become active new members who contribute to the development of the BOS UKM at Fapet UB. With the successful implementation of Diklat Room XIII by Barisan Orang Sukses Fapet UB, it is hoped that the BOS UKM will continue to be a platform for shaping the character of students and producing a young generation ready to face challenges in the future.”
