Field Training XIII “Barisan Orang Sukses” Fapet UB Successfully Held, Enhancing Students’ Soft Skills and Hard Skills

Malang, December 9, 2023 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) “Barisan Orang Sukses” of the Faculty of Animal Science , Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), successfully organized Field Training XIII on Saturday, December 9, 2023. The event was attended by participants from the 2022 and 2023 batches, with the aim of providing knowledge and motivation to students regarding the implementation of values such as history, camaraderie, leadership, and loyalty in the organization.

This field training, initiated by the “Barisan Orang Sukses” UKM at Fapet UB, is an effort to cultivate new members capable of enhancing and developing both the soft skills and hard skills of students in the field of entrepreneurship. Participants were encouraged to understand essential values such as history, camaraderie, leadership, and loyalty as the primary foundation for building a solid and high-achieving organization.

The event featured a series of training activities and workshops guided by competent speakers in their respective fields. Participants were given the opportunity to engage in discussions, collaborate, and practice directly in field situations to sharpen the skills and knowledge they acquired.

The activities concluded with the presentation of certificates to the participants as recognition of their participation in Field Training XIII “Barisan Orang Sukses” Fapet UB. Hopefully, this event will have a significant positive impact on the personal development of students and the future progress of the organization. (dfh)
