Discussing the 2022 Faculty Performance Targets Fapet UB Held Offline Work Meeting 

Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) held a performance meeting at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, Thursday (28/4/2022). The activity which was attended by the management team and the support team discussed the performance target for 2022.

The Dean of Fapet UB, Prof. Suyadi in his speech explained that the transition of UB’s status to a Legal Entity State University (PTNBH) demands a change in the performance mindset and an upgrade of insight for both lecturers and education staff. The goal is to fulfill the performance contract with the UB Chancellor while at the same time advancing the quality of graduates.

“The targets for strengthening performance include improving the quality of higher education graduates, improving the quality of curriculum and learning, as well as improving the governance of work units within the Directorate General of Higher Education.” explained Suyadi

The improvement in the quality of graduates is realized by increasing the number of graduates who are active for less than six months and graduates with competency certificates. Meanwhile, improving the quality of curriculum and learning is indicated in the activities of the tri dharma of lecturers, lecturer qualifications, community service research outputs, partner study programs, learning methods, and study program development. Meanwhile, the work unit governance focuses on institutional governance and budget performance. (dta)
