Cibadak Indah Sari Farm (CISF) held a selection of prospective employees for the position of farm coordinator. The target is the alumni of the Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB). Recruitment is carried out in the seminar room on the 5th floor of Gd.V Fapet UB for three days, Wednesday-Friday (14-16/9/2022). Followed by approximately 65 participants, the selection was divided into several stages.
The event began with a speech by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. M. Halim Natsir, S.Pt.,MP.,IPM.,ASEAN Eng. He expressed his gratitude to PT. CISF who entrusts Fapet UB alumni as the main candidates for new employees.
Besides, Halim also advised that the participants were serious about joining the family of PT. CISF.
“We hope that the alumni who come this afternoon have a commitment to work, not just for 1 or 2 months. Because of that, instead of gaining work experience, it tarnishes the good name of you and the institution. Because you are considered intolerant and irresponsible.” Halim explained
