Faculty of Animal Science UB Welcomes Benchmarking Visit and Comparative Study of Faculty of Animal Science UGM Field of Academic Services

Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya received a visit from Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Thursday (20/7/2023). The delegation from Yogyakarta consisted of the Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Head of the Animal Husbandry S1 Science & Industry Study Program, Secretary of the Animal Husbandry Science & Industry Study Program, and Academic Staff.

Located in the main meeting room on 6th floor Gd.V, they were welcomed by the Dean, Vice Dean I, Vice Dean II, Head of the Bachelor of Animal Husbandry Study Program, Head of the Study Program Outside the Main Campus (PSDKU) Kediri Animal Husbandry Study Program, Head of the International Relations Office, Chair Independent Learning Program and Independent Campus, Head of Management of Information Systems and Public Relations, Head of Academic, Student Affairs, Alumni, Entrepreneurship and Cooperation, and academic staff.

Ahmad Romadhoni Surya P.,Ph.D. as the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Fapet UGM, said that the purpose of his visit with the team was to conduct benchmarking and comparative studies in the field of academic services at Fapet UB. So that FAS UGM can improve performance and efficiency so that it can compete well.

“We want to know how Fapet UB’s management, especially in the field of academic services, manages or divides infrastructure with a large number of students.” Romadhon said

As the host, the Dean of Faculty of Animal Science UB, Prof. M. Halim explained the flow of methods for preparing class schedules, conducting lectures, practicums, examinations, graduation to graduation. According to him, the preparation required synergy and cooperation between divisions. As well as taking into account the number of students and available infrastructure. (dta)
