M. Anas Fauzi An Nachrowi Invites Fapet Residents Not to be Arrogant

Head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Lowokwaru District, Malang City, KH. M. Anas Fauzi An Nachrowi gave advice so that the academic community of the Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) as a party involved in educational institutions should be humble and not arrogant. Because in essence the higher the knowledge, the wiser in action.

“Often people who have broad knowledge and education are only used as a means to do riya’, get awardsOr just elevate.” said Anas

“Knowledge comes from God, which is His gift and trust, so don’t get cocky when you master a science.” he continued

This was conveyed by the headmaster who was busy being discussed by netizens in the Halal bihalal event of the UB Faculty of Animal Science extended family, Friday (5/5/2023). Taking place in the auditorium on the 8th floor, the event was attended by active lecturers and education staff, student representatives, retired lecturers and education staff, alumni representatives, and partners.

In line with the opinion of Anas, Prof. M. Halim Natsir as the Dean said that even though Fapet currently has an international reputation, it should not become an arena for showing off. It is better to focus on increasing competency so as to produce graduates who can compete on the international stage and create field work farms. (dta)
