Faculty of Animal Science UB and PT. Prima Food International Agrees on Cooperation in Entrepreneur Teaching Center Management

Dean Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) welcomed the East Java branch manager, PT. Prima Food International, Tuesday (22/2/2023). Located in the dean’s meeting room on the 8th floor, the visit was in the context of signing the shop business management cooperation as entrepreneur teaching farm (ETC). The contents are about reviewing cooperation and submitting financial reports to the UB Innovation and Entrepreneurship Agency (BIK).

ETC is a self-service grant from PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia and managed by PT. Prima Food International, which is used as an implementation of entrepreneurship courses. Its function is as a training facility for entrepreneurship, business management, administration, finance, sales practices, and marketing.

Located on the 1st floor of building IV, this supermarket in the form of a miniature of the business world is open to UB residents and the public. The products offered are prima food products such as chicken meat and its processed products, ready to meal, instant drinks, snacks, kitchen necessities, and so on. As well as processed livestock products made by lecturers and students of Faculty of Animal Science UB.

Prof. Halim as the Dean expressed his hope that this program could grow the soul of entrepreneurship to students. So that they can open jobs in their hometown later after completing their education. (dta)
