New members of the Student Activity Unit (UKM) Barisan Orang Sukses (BOS) batch 2021 and 2022 take part in field training activities, Friday (23/12/2022). This activity is a continuation and implementation of the spatial training which was held last Friday (9/12/2022).
Followed by 71 participants, the purpose of the activity is to provide knowledge and motivation about the establishment and how to apply the values of leadership and loyalty in an organization. Besides that, it creates new members in improving soft skills and hard skills in entrepreneurship.
Taking place in the campus area of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), the participants went through the materials testing post that had been presented previously. Such as loyalty, leadership, and kinship. Then they were introduced to the alumni, the daily governing body, and the four scientific divisions that accommodate BOS members to develop entrepreneurship. The scientific division consists of the Cattle & Buffalo Club (CBC), Poultry Club (PC), Rabbit & Potential Animal Club (RPAC) and Animal Product Club (APC) divisions.
The training program was closed with the inauguration and reading of the new member’s pledge. BOS is one of the Student Activity Unit in the Faculty of Animal Science UB which pursues the field of entrepreneurship in the field of animal husbandry, established on April 26 2012. (dta)
