1. Job category : Halal Slaughters / Butcher ( meat processor )
2. Number of workers : 250
3. Job Description : Meat process workers may do some or all of the following:
stun and kill animals, prepare animals for processing by removing skin or excess flesh.
cut or fillet meat to size requirements, remove bones from animals grade, pack and weigh
meat.maintain processing machinery and other equipment such as knives., clean the
processing area and packing line with hot water or sanitising chemicals, carry out hygiene
and quality control checks.
4. Educational background : High school
5. Language : Medium English
6. Age : 25 – 50 Years
7. Contract period : 3 years
8. Working experience : 3 Years
9. Basic monthly salary : $NZ4300
10. Working hours : 40 Hours per week
11. Accommodation : Own expenses
12. Medical & Health Insurance : Yes
13. Vacation : 4 weeks per year
