Public Speaking Ability Show Professional Performance

Public Speaking is speaking in public to convey information, influence, or entertain. So that we need procedures that are prepared in a planned, structured, and easy-to-understand manner. The ability to public speak is influenced by habits. This means that the more often someone speaks in front of the audience, the less self-confidence that causes nervousness and nervousness.

In fact, if you are able to master public speaking skills, you will appear professional. This was conveyed by the Coordinating Minister for the Student Executive Movement of Universitas Brawijaya (EM UB), Chanifan Ibadi Fajar Herlambang in the KIM expression public speaking workshop, Saturday (28/5/2022).

According to Chanifan, public speaking can be learned and honed from an early age to prepare to enter a more professional world. Where in the world of work and college are required to actively speak in public.

“This public speaking skill can be honed through presentations in class, as well as in organizations. If you are used to small presentations, then stepping onto a bigger stage can reduce awkwardness and stage fright,” he said

 the activity was organized by the Student Scientific Group (KIM) to provide learning about public speaking for KIM members and the general public. KIM is one of the student activity units (UKM) in the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) in the field of science. (dta)
