BOS Introduce of Business Plan and Canvas’s Business Model

Business plan is a written document about the overall information of the business being carried out. Among them are marketing strategies, financial conditions, income and outcomes, as well as other information. So that the business plan serves as a reference for achieving long-term goals. As well as describe the ability to face future business challenges.

While Canva’s business model (BMC) is a framework that discusses business models presented in a visual form, so that they can be understood and understood easily. This model is used to explain, visualize, assess, and change a business model, in order to be able to produce more optimal performance. BMC can help to speed up the process of analyzing business strengths and weaknesses quickly and effectively.

This was conveyed by members of the Barisan Orang Sukses (BOS), namely Ahmad Fatoni and Muhammad Ni’am Taufiq at the BOS Doing Business event, Saturday (16/4/2022). The event is intended for all members of the XI BOS training, to introduce basic knowledge in business, namely business plans and BMC.

BOS is a semi-autonomous institution that accommodates students to develop their potential, interests, talents, and creativity in the field of entrepreneurship from the Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya. So that it is expected to be able to give birth to talented young entrepreneurs both in terms of education and skills in the field.
