BEM and Student Affairs Conduct Selection Selection of Outstanding Students of Fapet UB 2022

The Student Executive Board (BEM), in collaboration with the student body of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), will conduct a selection of outstanding students (pilmapres) in 2022. The final selection process will be completed online,Thursday ( 7/4/2022) was attended by nine candidates from the 2019 and 2020 batches.

Three student representatives from the 2019 batch consisted of Ahmad Fahrudin Husen, Firmansyah Budi Pratama, and Sularso. At the same time, the 2020 batch consists of six students, including Endang Hidayatul Janah, Putri Hana Nabila, Randy Nada Rizki, Winda Aprilia, Syahrani, Alfina Rodiah, and Ahmad Fatoni.

Meanwhile, the jury in charge is internal lecturers from Fapet UB itself, such as Prof. Hendrawan Soetanto, Dr. Siti Azizah, Dr. Khotibul Umam, Rizki Prafitri, Ph.D., and Ria Dewi Andriani, M.Sc. The assessment includes the value of the Grade Point Average (GPA), achievements in regional, national, and international scientific writing competitions, and proficiency in English.

The winners of Fapet UB’s outstanding students in 2022 are Ahmad Fahrudin Husen and Sularso (class of 2019) and Putri Hana Nabila (class of 2020). They can represent Fapet UB to follow outstanding students at the UB level; if they pass, they will compete at the national level.

Pilmapres is a routine program of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education to facilitate creativity, increase the number of creative ideas, and reward excellent students. (dta)
