Retired Professor Fapet is Passed Away

Prof.Ir. Hari Purnomo.,M.App.Sc.,Ph.D, retired Professor of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) is passed away, Sunday (12/19/2021). He breathed his last at the age of 78 years.

This Animal Products Technology expert joined as a teaching staff at UB in 1973 and was appointed as a Civil Servant (PNS) in 1974. Then he retired in 2013, but he is still actively involved in the activities organized by Fapet UB. Such as halal bi halal and dies natalis, as well as guiding Doctoral Program (S3) students who have not finished guidance and dissertation exams.

Prof. Hari is an “arek” Malang who has studied at Brawijaya University majoring in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry (1971) for the Bachelor program. While the Masters (1979) and Doctoral Programs (1986) were taken at the University of New South Wales majoring in Food Technology. (dta)
