Handling of patients confirmed positive for Covid-19 several methods depend on the condition’s level with mild, moderate, or severe symptoms. It is called a mild symptom if the respiratory rate is 12-20 times per minute with more than 95% saturation. At the same time, moderate symptoms are characterized by a respiratory rate of 20-30 times per minute and saturation below 95%. Severe symptoms are indicated if the respiratory rate is 30 breaths per minute with saturation below 95%.

Patients can self-isolate (isoman) or centralized isolation (isoter) if they experience mild or moderate symptoms. However, if you have a history of congenital disease, it is recommended to be treated at the hospital immediately.

The purpose of isoman is to break the chain of virus spread, but it can lead to the emergence of family clusters. On the other hand, isoters are said to be able to cut the chain of virus spread and reduce mortality. Because when isoter actually separates close contact with family, friends, or neighbors to minimize family clusters.

In addition, treatment during isoters is handled specifically and under the supervision of health workers (nakes) for 24 hours every day. According to him, the steps that must be taken if COVID-19 is confirmed is to calm yourself down so you don’t panic and stress, then report it to the health center in the domicile area. Then start isoman if authorized by the authorities or conditions permit.
