Virtual Tour Campus as a National and International Promotion 

The uncontrolled pandemic situation has caused the learning system to be conducted online since 2020. This has made most of the 2020 batch of students not aware of the Faculty or University buildings. 

However, by utilizing technological advances, you can present the location of the building to the details of campus infrastructure through a virtual campus tour. Besides that, virtual campus tours can be used as a means of promotion nationally and internationally.

The head delivered the statement of Information and Public Relations System Management (PSIK) Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), Dr. Nanang Febrianto, in a virtual tour socialization event, Thursday (5/8/2021).

Because in the near future, Fapet UB plans to make avideo virtual tour. The video will be used as a supporting document for assessors’ visits from the Akkreditierungsagentur für Studiengänge der Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik, der Naturwissenschaften und der Mathematik (ASIIN) in October.

“videos Virtual campus tour will be presented starting from the UB gate, the Fapet building, to all supporting infrastructure for lectures,” explained Nanang

“We will use a 360-degree camera so that the images displayed look real as if they were in that location. Because visitors can see the surrounding atmosphere by simply clicking the available button.” continued (dta)
