Discussion on the Initiation of Cooperation between Fapet UB and PT. Nutrifood Indonesia

Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) has a discourse to establish cooperation with PT. Indonesian Nutrifood. The collaboration that will be carried out is the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program. So that students are closer to the business world and the industrial world to realize superior graduates who are following market demands and can become entrepreneurs.

Discussions on points of cooperation were conducted online by the MBKM Fapet UB team and the marketing team of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia, Monday (7/6/2021). Andre Setiawan Omarhadi, as Area Marketing Manager for the East Java region, said that currently PT. Nutrifood Indonesia is collaborating with the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud RI).

The programs launched are coffee inspiration virtual classes (sharing/guest lectures from an industry perspective), local houses entrepreneur (coaching/ mentors for entrepreneurial pioneers), and local marketing competition (competition to the market and develop products).

Meanwhile, Vice Dean I, Prof.Dr. M. Halim Natsir, S.Pt.,MP,IPM.,ASEAN Eng is interested in combining the three programs of PT. Nutrifood to be packaged into MBKM. However, it needs to be discussed in detail to formulate a program according to Nutrifood company policies.

PT. Nutrifood Indonesia is a national private company engaged in the health food and beverage industry, such as Tropicana Slim, Nutri Sari, WRP, L-Men, HiLo, and W’dank.
