[:id]Malang, (10 Februari 2025) – Dekan Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB), Prof. M. Halim Natsir, bersama jajaran pimpinan seperti Wakil Dekan dan Kepala Sub Bagian (Kasubag) dari berbagai unit, meninjau langsung Unit Layanan Terpadu yang baru saja diresmikan. Peninjauan ini dilakukan untuk memastikan layanan terbaru tersebut berjalan optimal dan sesuai dengan harapan.

Unit Layanan Terpadu ini dirancang untuk menjadi pusat pelayanan satu pintu bagi mahasiswa, dosen, dan masyarakat. Langkah ini diambil sebagai upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi di Fakultas Peternakan UB. Dengan sistem pelayanan yang terintegrasi, berbagai kebutuhan layanan kini dapat diakses melalui satu titik layanan yang dilengkapi dengan sistem digital berbasis smart system bernama SIFAPET.

Sistem SIFAPET (Sistem Informasi Fakultas Peternakan) dikembangkan untuk mempercepat proses administrasi, meningkatkan ketepatan data, serta memudahkan pemantauan layanan secara real-time. “Kami selalu berupaya memberikan pelayanan prima kepada mahasiswa, dosen, dan masyarakat. Kehadiran Unit Layanan Terpadu ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi pelayanan satu pintu yang lebih efisien,” ujar Prof. M. Halim Natsir dalam sambutannya.

Peninjauan ini juga menjadi momen untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan fasilitas dan infrastruktur pendukung layanan. Seluruh jajaran pimpinan berkomitmen untuk terus melakukan perbaikan dan inovasi guna meningkatkan kenyamanan serta kepuasan para pengguna layanan.

Dengan adanya Unit Layanan Terpadu ini, Fakultas Peternakan UB berharap dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih responsif, ramah, dan berbasis teknologi digital modern. By integrating services into a single access point, the process is now supported by a smart system called SIFAPET, which accelerates and streamlines the service process.

SIFAPET (Sistem Informasi Fakultas Peternakan) was developed to enhance administrative processes, improve data accuracy, and facilitate real-time service monitoring. “We always strive to provide excellent service to students, lecturers, and the public. The presence of this Integrated Service Unit is expected to be a one-stop service solution that ensures greater efficiency,” said Prof. M. Halim Natsir in his statement.
