BEWARE OF SCAMS IN THE NAME OF FACULTY MEMBERS

To all members of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya,

In response to reports of attempted scams impersonating faculty members, we urge all members of the Faculty of Animal Science to remain vigilant and cautious of unofficial information. Here are some important steps to keep in mind:

• Be Cautious with Requests for Money or Financial Assistance: The faculty and faculty members will never personally request money or financial assistance from students. If you receive such messages or calls, ignore them and report them.
• Verify Information Officially: Ensure that all academic and administrative information or requests are obtained only from official faculty sources, such as UB email, the Faculty of Animal Science website, and official announcements.
• Report Suspicious Incidents: If you receive suspicious messages or calls impersonating faculty or staff members, please report them immediately to the Information and Communication Services (PSIK) of the Faculty of Animal Science for further action.

We hope that all members of the Faculty of Animal Science remain cautious and do not easily trust information from unclear sources.
