Implementation of the KIP Kuliah Merdeka Scholarship Program for 2024

In relation to the implementation of the KIP Kuliah Merdeka Scholarship Program for 2024, we hereby inform the recipients that a Socialization and Savings Book Distribution event will be held as follows:

• Date/Day: Saturday, November 23, 2024
• Time: 07:30 AM until finished
• Venue: Auditorium Building, Universitas Brawijaya
• Event: Socialization and Distribution of Savings Books for KIP Kuliah Merdeka Scholarship Recipients

The required documents to bring for collecting the savings book are as follows:

1. Declaration Letter of Higher Education PIP Scholarship Recipient (printed on A4 paper, signed, format can be downloaded at https://s.ub.ac.id/formpernyataankipk2024)
2. Copy of ID Card (1 sheet)
3. Copy of Student ID Card (1 sheet)
4. Copy of Parent’s ID Card (1 sheet)
5. Copy of Family Card (1 sheet)
6. Bring a black ballpoint pen
7. Wear neat casual attire and the university blazer

All recipients of the KIP Kuliah Merdeka Scholarship for 2024 are required to attend. The list of recipients can be accessed through beasiswa.ub.ac.id.
