Submission of UKT Discount for Even Semester Academic Year 2024/2025 Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Brawijaya

In connection with the completion of the study period in the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Brawijaya, we hereby inform you that students eligible to apply for a 50% UKT discount to the Vice Dean for General Affairs, Finance, and Resources of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, UB, are those who meet the following requirements:

1. Students who have completed their Thesis, Thesis Defense, or Dissertation by January 31, 2025;
2. Registered and participated in the graduation ceremony scheduled for February 2025.

Required Documents for the 50% UKT Discount Application:
a. Photocopy or scanned approval sheet of Thesis, Thesis Defense, or Dissertation, signed and stamped by the Faculty;
b. Photocopy or scanned certificate proving the submission of the Thesis, Thesis Defense, or Dissertation;
c. Photocopy or scanned certificate proving the submission of journal articles or published journals;
d. Photocopy or scanned proof of participation in work preparation training (Bachelor’s level);
e. Printed screenshot from the SIAM system on the registration menu (showing the payment for the Even Semester Academic Year 2024/2025);
f. Proof of registration for the graduation ceremony in February 2025.
