Malang, March 21, 2025 – The Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (UB), officially graduated 33 undergraduate students in the Yudisium for the March 2025 period, held at the 5th Floor Meeting Room, Building V, Faculty of Animal Science UB, on Friday (21/03).
The ceremony was led directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science UB, Prof. Dr. Ir. 
M. Halim Natsir, S.Pt., MP., IPM., ASEAN Eng. In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation for the graduates’ achievement in completing their studies on time with outstanding academic performance.
Of the 33 graduates, 13 students were awarded the “With Honors” (Cum Laude) distinction, with the highest GPA of 3.91 achieved by three students: Putri Yumna Hanifah, Fajrin Nur Kartika Sari, and Althofian Arya Putra. The rest of the graduates received the “Very Satisfactory” predicate.
The graduates came from various study concentrations within the Faculty of Animal Science UB, such as Animal Product Technology (THT), Animal Production (PROTER), Animal Nutrition and Feed (NMT), Animal Reproduction and Development (RPT), and Animal Agribusiness (SOSEP).
In his closing message, Prof. Halim Natsir reminded the graduates to always uphold the good name of their alma mater wherever they go. “Show the world that graduates from the Faculty of Animal Science UB are outstanding human resources who are ready to compete globally. Never forget to strengthen and expand alumni networking because these connections will open many doors in the future,” he emphasized.

Prof. Halim further emphasized that the Bachelor of Animal Science (S.Pt) degree is just the beginning of a long journey in the professional and academic world. He hopes the graduates will become ambassadors of UB who are ready to contribute to the advancement of Indonesia’s livestock industry.
The yudisium ceremony was also filled with emotional and proud moments for both the graduates and their families, marking the official completion of their academic journey at the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya. (dfh)
