Faculty of Animal Science Lecturer Plan Research Collaboration and Staff Exchange to UPM

Lecturers from the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Brawijaya (Fapet UB) visit Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Monday – Friday (9-13/1/2023). The team that is part of the Red Meat Producer (RMP) study group consists of Prof. Trinil Susilawati, Aulia Puspita Anugra Yekti, M.Sc., and Rizki Prafitri, Ph.D. As well as involving researchers from the animal science institute, namely Dr. Mamat Hamidi Kamalludin and Dr. Masitoh.

Prof. Trinil as the team leader explained the purpose of the activity in the framework of compiling articles for publication of joint research results. As well as discussions on the sustainability of collaborative research programs to increase the productivity of local beef cattle from the two countries.

Then finalize the draft of the journal which is the outcome of a research collaboration between Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB and UPM. Furthermore, Faculty of Animal Husbandry UB lecturers had the opportunity to fill in the Research Methodology class for UPM undergraduate students. (nien/dta)
